Cried watching a tv show for the millionth time. Christ I am losing it.
It was Intervention and there was a guy, Peter, and he had a video game addiction and his best friend, Rachel, who he was totally in love with, was fed up. So in the intervention, the only thing that got him to finally say yes to treatment was her saying she could not have a friendship anymore with him unless he went. Then he said yes right away and it was so sweet, I just criiiiied and criiiied. Unfortunately, in the follow up, he is back to playing video games. FML.
The other story was Renee and she was bulimic, in the end she had therapy four days a week for over a year. She was all happy, then right when it's about to be over, it says she went back to her ways and stopped therapy. And that was it. I hate that they don't go into detail!!!!!!!!! GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love that show, though. So intense. |
